His prior experience includes, White Oak, MET Commodities, Noble Group, Cheyne Capital, BlackRock and Nomura. He holds a BSc (hons) and MSc from the University of London.
Victoria Shih is a Director at Billboard TFX and a Vice President at Seabury Asset Management. Ms. Shih started her career at Prudential Private Capital in structured finance executing transactions across the capital structure with senior debt, mezzanine, and private equity. She then worked at White Oak Trade Finance on ABL, supply chain, and working capital transactions both domestically and internationally in industries such as manufacturing, commodities, food distribution. Ms. Shih graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley
Robert Paraschiv is a Product Manager at Billboard TFX. Mr. Paraschiv has over a decade of experience in product leadership, developing and scaling impactful technology platforms in domains ranging from innovative fintech startups to enterprise cybersecurity solutions. His prior experience includes roles at Mozilla, Taulia, Malwarebytes, and OneLogin.
Jeet Singh is a Director at Billboard TFX and is a seasoned management and strategy consultant with experience in delivering immediate and sustainable impact. He is specialized in Growth Strategy, Market Assessment, GTM, Performance Improvement and Financial Services in Consumer goods, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Chemicals and Automotive with experience of North America, Europe, Middle East and SEA markets. His prior experience includes Kearney consulting, MarketRx, and Schlumberger. Mr. Singh graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with a Bachelor of Technology, Civil Engineering.
Josh Toh is a Director at Billboard TFX. He is a legal, risk, strategy & compliance veteran from multi-national companies. He has advised, overseen, and assisted in global and regional initiatives. He has worked in MNCs, financial institutions and local outfits including dealings with regulators of different countries. Prior to in-house, Mr. Toh was a lawyer practicing in wide ranging areas like corporate, civil, financial and property law.
Sachin Bhargav is a Business Analyst at Billboard TFX. With over 10 years of experience at various technology and finance companies, Mr. Bhargav is committed to driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes. With a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between technology and business, he excels in bridging the gap between stakeholders and IT teams. Mr. Bhargav has a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University.
John Luth is Chairman, President & CEO of Seabury
Capital Group, founded in 1995, which focuses on aviation, aerospace & defense, space and travel
industries via its investment banking, asset management, software and trade finance firms. Seabury’s value
add to its clients is its global presence, core competency and industry expertise. Seabury has executed over
1,700 engagements for 300+ clients in more than 60 countries. Mr. Luth is also CEO of Seabury Capital LLC
which owns a number of investment funds and asset-backed portfolio businesses.
Mr.Luth has advised on more than $200B equity, debt and lease placements/restructurings and over $400B in aircraft orders (amounts in 2023 dollars). Mr.Luth was CFO & CIO of Continental Airlines. Prior to Continental, he served as VP, Syndications at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Prior to that, he served in the Corporate Finance Division of Exxon Corporation. Mr. Luth holds A.B. in Economics magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross (1974) and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania (1976). He is a FINRA Registered Principal, and is Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 qualified, and is also FCA (UK) licensed. He serves on the Advisory Board of Holy Cross and was a Trustee from 2005-2013.
Margaret Chan is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Seabury Capital LLC. Ms. Chan joined Seabury in
2001 as head of Seabury Asset Management in Los Angeles and has been responsible for overseeing the
operations of the firm’s Structured Financial products, Specialty Finance and Financial Solutions.
Ms. Chan has been engaged by multinationals and private equity funds in sourcing investment opportunities and structuring transactions both domestically and in Asia and Europe, involving industries including technology, insurance, finance and manufacturing. She specializes in identifying, originating, structuring and funding activities for high-yielding, low-risk, asset-backed instruments. Ms. Chan has more than 30 years of experience in diverse public and private transactions
Robert Lin is CEO of Seabury Trade Finance Exchange LLC (Seabury TFX) and holds overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has a unique background in trade, finance, supply chain and technology as a practitioner and as a service provider. Prior to Seabury TFX, he was managing director of TradeCard Inc., now GTNexus, where he built and oversaw the company’s global supplier business to a network of over 20,000 companies. Before TradeCard, Mr. Lin held management positions at NewView Technologies, Omnivision Technologies, and Cargill Financial Markets Group. He holds a B.A. in cognitive science from University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California.
Neil Pabari is the Global Head of Corporate Sustainability Solutions & Head of Customer Connect, APAC at Refinitiv, an LSEG business. Neil joined Refinitiv in 2011 as an FX sales specialist and has had key roles within the firm across core businesses including online trading, wealth management, asset management and exchanges. Neil has also been running the MiFID II program for Thomson Reuters in Asia. Mr. Pabari began his career working as an FX trader in London before moving to Singapore in 2001 to work as a relationship manager in private banking. In 2004 he co-founded aCFD and FX brokerage firm and was its COO until 2009 and shortly after successfully exited the business. He has since founded, advised and invested in multiple start-up and early stage companies across various sectors including online trading, IT services, property development and leisure companies amongst others. Neil holds a BA and MA from Oxford University.
Dhruv Menon is a special advisor to Billboard TFX. Mr. Menon’s core competencies include setting up cross-border asset investment and fund deployment platforms for institutional and private investors across various asset classes. Mr. Menon is currently the CFO of Ampyr Solar Europe, an OECD renewable energy development and production platform developing over 6 GW of solar projects across the UK, Netherlands, and Germany. Mr. Menon’s prior work experience includes institutional-backed SME lending at White Oak, family office-backed fintech invoice discounting at Finance Flow Partners, structured and cross-border finance at Credit Suisse, and advisory for fintech ventures in the blockchain/distributed ledger space. Mr. Menon graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Computer Science.
